The Irena Sendler Award needs your help!

This award goes to the top teachers in Poland who teach Holocaust education, the judges are leaders in Holocaust education.

Click here to make a donation to this prestigious award for the promotion of Holocaust education in Poland. For a $1,000 donation we will put your name on our website list. All funds go directly for this teaching award.

The Irena Sendler Award ‘For Repairing the World’ is a monetary gift which goes annually to one teacher in Poland and one in the United States for their innovative and inspirational teaching of Holocaust education. This teaching must reflect Irena Sendler’s respect for all people regardless of background. The award originated with the Life in a Jar Foundation and Irena Sendler in 2006.  Go to the Award Recipients box on the right for information on past winners.
